Right of withdrawal

For eligible distance purchases, consumers may notify us that they are withdrawing within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the following 14 days.

Return process

Before sending anything, email lorenelummus@gmail.com with the order number and the item concerned. The confirmed return address is: M&L Distribution – Service clients Melvita, Batiment Morland, 2 Cour de l’?le Louviers, 75004 Paris, France. Do not send returns to any other address.

Return items complete and in a condition that permits inspection. A reduction may be applied when handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain personalised, perishable or unsealed hygiene goods. Any product-specific exclusion must be shown clearly before purchase.

Approved refunds are made using the original payment method. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is supplied, as permitted by law.
